Qualifications
Graduate with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent academic degree by March 2026.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Eligible Faculties
All faculties and departments.
Work Location
QBurst Tokyo office.
The work location may change based on clients requests.
Working Hours
8 hours, typically from 9:00 to 18:00 (JST) with a one-hour lunch break.
Holidays and Leave
Off days: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Leaves: New Year holiday and annual paid leaves.
Salary
The starting salary will be 4,500,000 yen or more per year, depending on your role and qualifications.
The salary contains a fixed compensation for overtime work.
Salary Review
Once a year, compensation is reviewed based on the individual's role and performance.
Bonus
No bonus is given but the individual's performance is considered at the time of annual salary review.
