Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Manage and govern the application codebase, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain: Dynamics 365 CRM Plugins (C#/.NET) Workflows, JavaScript customizations, Power Automate flows Custom APIs and integrations
- Perform SQL database design, query optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor development team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM and Power Platform environments.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) development.
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web API integrations.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of solution deployment, environment management, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Preferred: Power Pages experience and Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications.
